Kotor Winter Carnival

For ten days Kotor lives in masks — the carnival opens with the raising of the flag on the Square of Arms and continues with masked balls, parades through the Old Town and the traditional burning of the carnival figure.

• The main masked ball is traditionally held in Prčanj.
• The organiser publishes the schedule in January.
